As a mom, I’ve always tried to be intentional about how my kids spend their time. But between school, sports, and the constant pull of screens, finding activities that are both fun and meaningful feels like an uphill battle.
I’m not anti-technology—my kids love their video games, and I get it. But lately, I noticed something that didn’t sit right with me…
They weren’t building anything anymore.
Not with their hands. Not with their imaginations.
Just sitting in front of a screen, clicking and tapping.
And worst of all? They’d get cranky and restless after playing. It didn’t feel like real play—it felt like zoning out.
