Product Safety Recall – Magnetic Chess Game

Reason for Recall

The Magnetic Chess Game contains small high-powered magnets that may become loose or accessible. If more than one magnet is swallowed, they can attract to each other inside the body and cause serious internal injuries. No injuries have been reported. This recall is a precaution to protect our customers and comply with Australian safety requirements.

Hazards

• Potential for internal blockages or perforations if multiple magnets are swallowed.
• Risk increases if younger children (outside the intended age range) access the product.

What Customers Should Do

1. Stop using the product immediately and keep it out of reach of children.
2. Contact us at support@sensorytoysaus.com with your order number so we can assist you.
3. We will provide return instructions. Where returns are not practical, we will provide safe-disposal guidance.

Remedy

Customers who return the product will receive a store credit equal to the original purchase amount that can be used on any item at Sensory Toys Australia. Our goal is to resolve this fairly while ensuring customer safety.
